SAPPHIRE’s Vapor-X cooling system, first released in 2007 with the HD 3870 ATOMIC Edition graphics card, is famous for wonderful cooling along with silent running. SAPPHIRE have now presented it to their 7k-series in the form of the HD 7770 Vapor-X graphics card, which functions 2 big fans and the Vapor-X heatpipe cooling method. The card is manufacturer overclocked to 1.1GHz GPU and 5.2GHz efficient for the 1GB GDDR5 memory. Connectivity has been improved too, now the card has 2 DVI ports (DVI-I, DVI-D), HDMI port and a one DisplayPort output, supporting up to 4 displays. The card also works with HDMI 1.4a, which supports stereoscopic 3D of 60Hz for each eye. Additionally it is ready for the new generation of 4K displays.
